We want you to love your Silk Pajamas purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return/Exchange – Visit salesilkpajamas.com and follow the easy steps to request a return or exchange.
- Pack Your Items – Securely package your return in the original packaging (if possible) and include all tags.
- Ship It Back – Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Important Details
- Final Sale Items – Marked as “Final Sale” at checkout and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Processing Time – Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.
- Refunds – Will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received.
- International Returns – Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
